Our mission is to celebrate and inspire a sustainable lifestyle through fashion. You guys already know that. We’re doing what we can, but there’s still a butt load more to be done. Giving Tuesday is a great opportunity to participate, because everything will be matched (thankfully, tinder doesn’t operate the same way). So, without further ado, here a few of our favorite organizations working their asses off to protect and conserve our gorgeous planet:
They’re spending their time working to conserve and protect the lands and waters on which all life literally depends. They address wide ranging threats to conservation like climate change, access to clean water, ocean health, and everything in between. All donations accepted this Giving Tuesday will be matched. Also, if you’re not following them on Instagram, you should probably get on that - they post insanely sick photos.
Oceana is dedicated to protecting and restoring the world’s oceans on a global scale. Which is not only great for our ocean friends, but could also feed 1 billion people a healthy seafood meal every day. Save the oceans - feed the world. That would be a win-win. And today only, a group of anonymous donors is matching every donation, dollar-for-dollar up to $20,000. So get on that, and double up baby!
Conservation is dedicated to protecting the nature we all rely on for food, fresh water, and livelihoods. Nature doesn’t need people. People need nature. Our food, our water, our health, our jobs — they all rely on the health of the planet’s ecosystems. Simply put - if this planet goes to sh*t, then so do we. And they want to do something about that. If you’ve got the time, have a surf around their website too because it’s crazy educational.
No matter the organization, we encourage you to give a little today, because together we can change this sh*t, babe.
Comments will be approved before showing up.
Gift shopping is HARD. Like really hard. Eco gift shopping? That shit requires effort. And a lot of it. But, lucky for us, we give a shit. We’re all for going the extra mile...
